Altenew sells seven categories of paper crafting product: stamps, inks, dies, stencils, embossing supplies, paper, and tools. It also sells monthly subscription kits, and fine-art supplies under the separate brand Artistry by Altenew.
Its clear photopolymer stamps and inks are made primarily in the United States.
The catalogue is designed so that products coordinate across categories and across years. A stamp set and a die set released years apart are cut to the same registration.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed on the 27th of each month. They can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time from the customer's account, with no contract and no penalty.

Subscription kits are excluded from every promotional code, including free shipping, because they are already discounted. This is the most common subscription question and the answer is the same in every case.

A separate brand from the same company, launched October 14, 2022, selling fine-art supplies rather than paper crafting supplies: watercolour and gouache, alcohol markers and inks, pencils and pens, watercolour paper, and coloring books.
